Hi, So you’re ready to get started on your hosting journey? Below are our service options. You can be as ‘hands on’ or ‘hands off’ as you’d like. Have a look and choose which plan suits you best.   • The DIY

    'The DIY' $249

    You just need help getting started and then you intend to manage everything yourself. A one off fee.

    What’s Included:

    • Writing your Airbnb/Abodeio Member Profile.

    • Writing your Airbnb/Abodeio Listing Description.

    • Creating your Airbnb and/or VRBO Listing & Settings.

    • For an additional $200 we will take professional images of your home.

  • The Housekeeper

    'The Housekeeper' $19/month + 10% of income

    You need help getting started and then we manage the majority of your hosting duties.

    What’s Included:

    Everything from the ‘DIY’ option plus these additional services:

    Additional Services

    • Responding to 100% of guest enquiries and questions.

    • Maintaining a 1 hour average response time.

    • Co-ordinating guest payments including accommodation & cleaning fees.

    • Vetting each bookings.

    • Obtaining Govt ID (if required).

    • Providing arrival and check-in information.

    • Responding to enquiries during guest stay.

    • Providing all check-out information.

    • Posting a review after each guest booking.

    • Encouraging guests to review their stay.

    • Creating bespoke tailored house guide.

    • Providing a 5 Star Cleaning checklist.

  • The Full Monty

    'The Full Monty' $27/month + 15% of income + 100% of cleaning fees

    Completely hands off… We manage everything!

    What’s Included:

    Everything from the ‘DIY’ and ‘Housekeeper’ options plus these additional services.

    Additional Services

    • Completing 5 star clean on every room.

    • Replacing all ben linen & towels.

    • Cleaning all used ben linen & towels.

    • Replenishing consumables (tea/coffee etc).

    • Property Management & maintenance co-ordination.
