Best pasta in town? Favourite place for coffee? Our beautiful little house guides are the perfect way to welcome your guests and tell them about your favourite hangouts. Any special requests you have can be printed in the house guide, your guests can read it online before they arrive and they’ll also find a glossy printed version when they get there.

Clean and tidy.

Either you do the cleaning or we can connect you with a local cleaning team. We can also provide training, guides and checklists.

We will notify the cleaning team every time a guest books or cancels, so they know exactly when to arrive and prepare your space for the next guests.

Monitored.

If you’re not hosting in person, but still want to see who turns up at the front door, our range of monitoring technology is smart and unobtrusive.

Monitoring equipment is optional and is only ever used outdoors so guests can enjoy privacy while you enjoy security.
