Airbnb Super Hosts

Do you have a spare bedroom at home? perhaps a bedroom that is vacant on certain days, weeks, or months of the year? Maybe you have a holiday home or caravan that is only used for part of the year? All of the above can provide an extra income stream. Becoming an Airbnb Super host is a great new way to make an income from any sleeping space.

The team at Abodeio are Airbnb Super Host experts, we can guide you every step of the way from where you are now to seasoned Super Host greeting new and existing guests each and every week.

Your job as a host is to provide a clean, tidy, warm, and safe. We set you up as a host on Airbnb and manage all the time consuming and boring stuff. Leaving you to the fun and rewarding part of hosting. We create your listing, get you the bookings, take care of guest communication, handle payments, take care of the admin, and much more!

What you do: Simply have your space or home set-up, clean, tidy, and ready to welcome guests.

Airbnb provides a wide range of accommodation options, from basic student digs to 5-star luxury and everything in between.  We will help you showcase your space in it’s best light, but it must be spotlessly clean and ready for each new guests arrival.

Lockdown Disclaimer – In the event of a lockdown in your city or state, guests will be eligible to cancel their booking and if this happens, no moneys will be payable to Hosts or Super Hosts.  This is the nature of travel currently, please only consider this opportunity if you are able to accept this possibility.

Airbnb Super Cleaners:  

Are you a wizard with a mop and bucket?  Like to see your face in the shining kitchen taps when you’ve cleaned them?… That’s great!  Because some of our Airbnb Super Hosts need your super-cleaning powers!

Cleaning shifts are usually between the hours of 10am to 3pm, the hours will vary depending on the size of the home and if you’re working solo or in a team. 

If we have hosts in your area we will connect you straight away, otherwise we will keep your details on file until we have some Super hosts looking for a Super cleaner.

Please only register if you have very high standards of cleanliness, Airbnb requires hotel-style cleaning and there are very high cleaning requirements since the pandemic started, including disinfecting all touched surfaces including light switches and door handles.

Please note the hours on offer each week will vary depending season and bookings, this is considered flexible or casual work and may not be suitable as a main or primary income source.  Perfect as a secondary income or for parents with young children (Some super Hosts are more than happy for children attend the clean with you as long as they are supervised)

Airbnb 5 Star Photographers:   

Lights, camera, action! … you know how to frame up the scene and capture stunning images of our Airbnb spaces. Real estate photography knowledge essential (including knowing about the appropriate lenses, angles, lighting and styling) Must have an eye for making the Airbnb rooms and spaces look incredible.

Photoshop/Lightroom experience necessary and the capability to shoot RAW to make those fine and all important tweaks during post processing.

Please note – photographs are considered freelance, typically only one photography session is required per Airbnb and so the bookings and workload can fluctuate greatly.  This opportunity is best suited as extra income on top of another income stream.
